Our Smart Energy Experts are fully trained, so you’re in safe hands. They’ll fit your smart meters to the highest standard with minimal disruption.

Installing smart meters is very straightforward:

  • We’ll let you know when we’re ready to install your smart meters, at no extra cost, and book an appointment when it’s convenient for you
  • We’ll make sure your home is ready and tell you what to expect on the day
  • If we’re fitting both gas and electricity meters, it will take about two hours – your electricity and/or gas supply will need to be turned off for a short time to complete the installation
  • We’ll explain how your smart meter works, set up your smart energy monitor and show you how to use it

They’ll also consider any specific requirements you tell us about when we book your appointment.
