When your previous energy supplier Simplicity Energy stopped trading, our industry regulator, Ofgem, asked us to take over your energy supply. Please don't worry – your energy supply will continue as normal.

We'll send out your Welcome Pack with everything you need to know, including details of your new tariff. This should arrive in 2-3 weeks so look out for it in your inbox or in the post. If you have any questions, please take a look at the FAQs below.

We really hope you’ll stay with us, but if you’re thinking of switching to another supplier, Ofgem's advice is to not switch right away. We recommend waiting until we’ve received any outstanding credit balances you may have with Simplicity Energy; we hope this will be completed early to mid-March.
