If you are an existing British Gas Evolve customer, you don’t need to do a thing - your energy supply won’t be affected and your tariff, payment and log in details will stay exactly the same.

Why are we changing our name?

We’ve listened to our customers feedback and know that British Gas is a name they know and trust – and we know how important that is at a time when there’s so much uncertainty in the energy market.

From 26 November British Gas Evolve will change to British Gas. If you are an existing Evolve customer, there’s nothing you need to do.
